Situated in Bowmore, this detached bungalow looks out on to Loch Indaal and is a 5 minute walk from shops, bars, restaurants, swimming pool, Round Church and Bowmore Distillery. Am Fasgadh enjoys a tranquil and scenic location with large enclosed garden on the edge of the village and is an ideal base from which to discover all that Islay has to offer. It is also an ideal location to view, through the large window in the lounge, many of the birds that frequent the shores of Loch Indaal. It is available  to rent throughout the year.

The property contains three bedrooms, 1 king size, 1 double and 1 twin sleeping 6 people.

Each of the bedrooms has a walk-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Hairdryers are provided in each of the bedrooms and linen and towels will be provided also.

There are two toilets in the house. The main bathroom has toilet, washhand basin, bath and separate shower with the second facility having a toilet, washhand basin and shower cubicle.

From the large window in the spacious lounge/dining room you can enjoy the magnificent views and spectacular sunsets across the Loch to Bruichladdich and Port Charlotte in the West. The dining area has an extending table which when fully extended will seat 10-12 people. The facilities included in the lounge are free-sat TV, DVD, and WIFI

Facilities within the kitchen include an integrated fridge-freezer, slimeline dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and hatch through to the dining area. There are also numerous cupboards.

The utility room is the first room you’ll come into as the back door to the house is more conveniently situated beside adequate parking for two to three cars. In the utility room you will find the washine machine and jacket and shoe storage.

Changeover is Saturday with 7 night minimal stay during high season.

Short breaks of 3/4 nights between Saturdays may be available outwith high season, price on application.
